We take time with each dog so grooming feels less stressful and more familiar, especially for puppies, nervous dogs, and dogs who need a little extra patience.
Coat type, breed, size, age, and condition all matter. We will help recommend the right service instead of pushing a one-size-fits-all package.

We groom dogs and cats. A dog’s price depends on size, coat and the service you choose; cat services each have one starting price. Book a time that suits you, and we confirm the service and price with you before grooming begins.
These are part of every package price, never charged on top. We complete each step as far as it can be done safely for your dog.

Coat, not breed. Your dog’s coat decides which column applies. Poodles and doodles use the curly or dense column when their coat calls for it, with no separate breed surcharge.
Each price is for a maintained coat, and cleanup is included. The time is how long we reserve for your appointment.

Nails included. Every cat grooming service includes a routine nail trim. A nail trim on its own is a separate appointment.
Extra work is agreed first. If your cat’s coat needs more than a maintained coat, such as mat removal, we explain it and agree the price with you before doing it.

If something comes up during the appointment: if Ally finds work that would go beyond your agreed price, she will ask you first. She will explain the extra time and cost and give you a maximum. Approved additional work is $20 per additional 15 minutes. We never charge twice for the same work. We never charge for ordinary delays on our side. If we can’t reach you, we won’t go beyond the agreed service or price. We’ll finish what we safely can within it and talk through options with you at pickup.
Severe matting: brushing out severe matting can be uncomfortable or unsafe for a dog. In that case, we may recommend a shorter trim, stop the groom, or suggest another option.
